Lead replacement guarantee

Received a lead that doesn't match your order? Under certain conditions, we replace it free of charge, at no extra cost. Here are the exact rules of our guarantee.

Replaced free of charge

A lead is replaced at no cost if it falls into one of these cases:

Invalid or unreachable number

The contact does not answer after 3 attempts spread over 2 business days.

Off-target

The lead is for a different sector or canton than the one you ordered.

Fake or duplicate

The same contact was already delivered to you previously.

Without consent

The person never asked to be contacted.

Not covered by the guarantee

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Valid lead that doesn't sign

A valid lead that doesn't sign or doesn't answer on your side is not replaced: a lead is a real customer request, not a guaranteed sale.

Change of mind

A change of mind on your part after receiving the lead does not entitle you to a replacement.

How to get a replacement

The process runs in three steps, from reporting to replacement.

Report the lead

Use our contact form to report the lead concerned, within 5 business days of delivery, stating the reason.

Replacement

Once your report is validated, you receive a replacement lead (no refund) within 3 business days.

Good to know

The guarantee only covers replacement of the lead concerned, never a refund. A qualified lead remains a real introduction to a potential customer, not a guaranteed sale.
